Armada
In a major realignment of Compaq's naming architecture, Master-McNeil created the Armada name to encompass all of Compaq's portable computers. Most often associated with a fleet of powerful warships or with a large group of moving objects, Armada is an apt metaphor for the variety of powerful machines sold by Compaq under this sub-brand.
