Microsoft's imaging software product lets home PC users improve, reconfigure, and format their photos. Once photographs are input to the PC, users can create collages, silhouettes, and decorative borders, and text can be incorporated for cards, posters, or newsletters. The Picture It! name incorporates Microsoft's key message, photography, and also implies a creative, imaginative experience for the user.
